• Support for the local economy with the goal of economic self-sufficiency for the modern treaty organization, including investments in business ventures.
• Support and maintenance of the traditional economy (including marketing and distribution), such as hunting, trapping, and gathering.
• Preference in government procurement and contracting for projects on modern treaty lands.
• Education and training assistance and support for citizens seeking employment.
