How does the LCAC differ from organizations like the Assembly of First Nations, or Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami?

The LCAC is not a legal body/entity or a one-stop shop for modern treaty consultation. It’s a coalition of Indigenous governments and organizations that work together. The LCAC does not speak for its members; individual members speak for themselves.
