In order to function effectively, a modern treaty government must have administrative offices with capable staff who ensure that funding is properly disbursed, and programs and services are properly delivered. These organizations also spend a lot of time ensuring that the treaty is properly implemented. Let’s look at a couple of examples of modern treaty administration organizations.
